Bombraxas (2023) The Drowned Lands BreweryImperial Stout with ancho chilis, cacao nibs, cinnamon, Sump coffee, and vanilla. A collaboration with our friends at Prairie Artisan Ales.

They were subsequently left in our coolship overnight to be inoculated with wild yeast and bacteria

and roasted barley

We wanted to recreate that experience but in a way that only a bourbon barrel aged stout can truly deliver

vanilla bean and peanut butter

pure chocolade

and a rich vanilla taste throughout

about 90% of the grains were sourced in our own Cereal Collective

harmonious taste combining the best from the realms of wine and beer

and his trip through Big Sur’s redwood forests last summer provided the inspiration for this beer

And just as full of flavour and rich in aroma as a beer from heaven

reunites once more as a harmonious blend
