Lemon and camomile tea, peppermint, herbal bath salts. A tingle of ginger underlying sweet honey, linctus, glycerine and Turkish Delight. Bottle Size: 50cls ABV: 35%

These only bloom in July and August and are carefully handpicked by ourselves and blended with juniper and a range of botanicals including cassia bark and cubeb to give a wonderfully deep traditional gin

FINISH: A little malty sweetness and some salitness

with water there are toffee notes and some honey sweetness

NOSE: Sweet and fresh with toasted malt and a defined Sherry nose

This 35 year old has been careful maturation in three different woods over the 35-year period to release the full potential of this whisky

and passion fruit

the aroma of tinned pears and apple combined with the sweet dustiness of a woollen mill and a light vegetal note behind

This expresion has notes of exotic fruits with hints of ginger
