This is truly the jewel in Arran Single Malt's crown and is 100% matured in a mix of some of the oldest Sherry Butts from the Arran distillery for a minimum of 21 years. The result is a Sweet and Spicy Whisky with notes of Bitter and Sweet Orange mixed with Dark Chocolate with a smooth and long lasting finish.
Before being bottled this Gin is allowed a 7 day resting period to ensure that all the flavours of the Gin are allowed enough time to mature properly
