Theyre made using a heritage variety of almond thats roasted and slowly caramelised in large copper bowls that have been in use since 1939. The same family have been making them for more than 70 years and the recipe hasnt changed. The caramelised shell gives them a satisfying crunch, and inside the roasted almonds are rich and creamy.
