Rosemont of Virginia - Virginia White NV (750ml) Vino de EspañaThe Rosemont Virginia White is our estate dry white wine blend one that is versatile for any occasion or cuisine. It is a crisp dry white, with a medium body that makes it a great everyday wine. Both stainless steel and barrel fermented, it is fruit forward but also contains a hint of oak. Its a blend of two white hybrid varietals that we grow on our estate Vidal Blanc and Chardonel.

Before Christmas we add a Nebbiolo must beforehand matured in cellar for 30-40 days with temperature and humidity control

accompanied by notes of toasted hazelnut

The finish is slightly dry

accented by hints of vanilla
