The cask was seasoned for 24 months with rich Pedro Ximnez sherry, imparting deep character and complexity. Bold and full bodied, this whiskey delivers a luxurious balance of dark fruit, warming spice, and toasted oak capturing the soul of Donegal and the sun soaked warmth of Andalusia in every sip.
