Sour cherries were macerated partly on young peated lambik and partly on two-year old straight lambik in a stainless steel tank

We're exploring a new side of breakfast stouts as we layer our lactose stout base with softly sweet Tahitian vanilla

This is a second fill of peated single malt whisky barrels

We used a grist containing 100% floor-malted Maris Otter

This is an imperial stout with 7 different types of malt that pushes all the boundaries - a little bit sweet
