It's not a meat cleaver, please don't cut big bones with it (poultry will be fine ). Distal taper from 4. 7mm at the handle to 2. 4 mm mid blade to 1mm at the tip. Core harden at 63 64HRC. Kurouchi blade, flat double bevel with Kasumi polish. Weight : 310 gr
