Kiridashi / Shirabiki 150mm N°5 Aogami superThis Kiridashi is a marking cutting knife for chef, wood worker, knife enthusiast and polisher. The ni mai (2 layers) is made from 135Cr3 cutting edge with wrought iron cladding. The back (ura) is hollow ground with a 420mm wheel to ease sharpening and maintenance.
