Italy's Lesser known Grapes Tuesday May 26th 7 pm @ Vindinista White Wines350 grapes are recognised by the authorities in Italy. Sounds like a tasting to us. We have the wonderful local member of the Acton Faction Rhona hosting an Italian tasting for us on some of the lesser know varietals. A seasoned wine consultant there is not much Rhona doesn't know about Italian wines which means she has a very big brain paired with a great sense of humour. Fun right! There will be nibbles provided any allergies let us know in advance

Chardonnay and Sauvignon

fermented for two weeks on the skins for a delicious and aromatic experience

Light-bodied but rich

It will be a small intimate event with lots of rosé and a pairing dish

This is Halle's jam

Using water from the distillery's own well

with lovely notes of crushed blackcurrant

the estate was managed by François Boulet

and the craft — right up Halle’s street

The result is a wine with bright citrus

However don't be fooled this is as dry as a bone
